Is it possible to return the ticket?

Kutaisi Airport Route
• If more than 24 hours are left before the flight, 20% is deducted from the ticket price.
• If less than 24 hours are left, the ticket is not subject to cancellation.

Zugdidi Route
• If more than 5 hours are left before the flight, 20% is deducted from the ticket price.
• If less than 5 hours are left, the ticket is not subject to cancellation.

Batumi Route
• If more than 5 hours are left before the flight, 20% is deducted from the ticket price.
• If less than 5 hours are left, the ticket is not subject to cancellation.

Does a child need a ticket?

Children aged 3 and above require a ticket.

Can I transport a pet?

It is allowed to transport pets (cats or dogs) up to 3 kg in a special carrier. For this, you must contact us in advance via email or hotline and purchase an additional standard seat.

Is luggage included in the ticket price?

Only a small handbag that fits in the overhead compartment is allowed on board. Travel bags and backpacks must be placed in the designated luggage compartment; carrying them inside the passenger cabin is prohibited. Each passenger is allowed up to 2 suitcases. An additional fee applies for extra luggage.

What happens if the flight is delayed, cancelled, or changed?

In case of a flight delay, the transport will wait for passengers.

If the airline changes the departure time, the bus schedule will also be adjusted accordingly.

If the flight is cancelled by the airline, the ticket is refundable. In this case, the refund will be issued minus 1 GEL.
