G. Kancheli Tbilisi Youth Orchestra was founded by the composer Mikheil Mdinaradze and the conductor Dr. Mirian Khukhunaishvili with the support of the Tbilisi City Hall at the Tbilisi National Youth Palace.

Mirian Khukhunaishvili is one of the promising conductors of the younger generation. He will appear as a conductor for the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra under Fabio Luisi mentorship in June 2022. His Viennese debut will be held at the Musikverein with the Wiener Concert-Verein orchestra and his German debut - at the Berlin Konzerthaus with the Tbilisi Youth Orchestra in 2023.

“Le Figaro” describes Anastasia Kobekina as “…unrivalled musician”. The BBC New Generation Artist and the Bronze medalist of the XVI International Tchaikovsky Competition has played her rare Stradivarius instrument in major concert halls worldwide.

Winner of the Hong Kong International Piano Competition and the Valencia Iturbi Prize International Competition, Luka Okros performed in more than forty countries. The Guardian's Observer has praised his performance as “An impressive display of virtuosic pianism”.
