Regarding the return of the air ticket, the customer is entitled to contact the airline company and / or TKT.GE;

In case the customer addresses TKT.GE, TKT.GE connects with the airline. TKT.GE is not responsible for the feedback of the airline; TKT.GE is not responsible for ticket return, airline communication and / or other technical details related to ticket return;

The issue of a refund of a ticket is reviewed and decided by the airline concerned in accordance with its own internal policies, terms and conditions and/or other relevant regulations; If the airline refunds the ticket, the airline will reimburse the cost of the ticket within 30-90 days of the request by the customer and/or TKT.GE.

The airline will transfer the relevant refund of the returned ticket to TKT.GE in case of direct address by the customer. The airline is entitled to personally reimburse the customer for the relevant refund of the ticket in cash;

TKT.GE will refund the customer the amount paid for the ticket within 2 working days after the airline transfers the amount;
